Female To Male Procedures
Dr. Eisemann performs chest reconstruction, body enhancement, and facial masculinization procedures for transgender men in order to help them achieve their body masculinization goals.
Dr. Eisemann performs Subcutaneous Mastectomy Chest Reconstruction in order to remove breast tissue and create a more masculine appearing chest. Patients with smaller amounts of breast tissue (A cup) may be eligible for the Peri-Areolar or "Keyhole" technique, which many FTMs like due to less scarring. Most FTMs who desire chest surgery are eligible for the Double Incision technique with a nipple graft. Dr. Eisemann makes the final decision of what procedure will produce the best results for your chest during your consultation. According to the WPATH Standards of care, FTMs are not required to be undergoing hormone therapy prior to chest surgery.
See the Body Enhancement section for examples of Dr. Eisemann's procedures. These can be especially helpful for sculpting more masculine abs and hips.
Examples of facial masculinization procedures include rhinoplasty, chin and cheek implants, or even a cleft chin implant. FTMs generally request a longer, straighter nose slant with a more pointed tip.
