45-year-old woman with recurring breast cancer on her right side. Her initial treatment was with lumpectomy, oncoplastic reconstruction, and radiation to the right breast and asymmetry breast reduction on the left. She presented with recurrent right breast cancer requiring bilateral mastectomy. We performed nipple sparing mastectomies with implant-based reconstruction.
